Hudson River Gogh
In capital S’s
Neatly lying near the George Washington Bridge
Thumb and forefinger undressing Gogh’s torso
A waning crescent moon’s halo
An ear root bleeding tightly bandaged
Maybe it’s his startling sunflower
Or wheat field waving like a cluster of stars
Poetry Note:
The crescent moon afloat by the George Washington Bridge
Having taken the picture of it, I wanted to color it in Gogh style.
