Half a Century
It’s the influence of an air pressure trough
Behold those minute waterdrop life forms
Rising upward
Soon returning downward – The center of ours
The unyielding force that won’t budge
The waterfall doesn’t give a damn – Time doesn’t care
We are being hit by water-thunder hazily
Poet’s Note:
Holding my less-than-a-year-old son, I stood before Niagara Falls to take a photo
that now turns into a watercolor. He is listening intently to the sound of the falls!
