Big Door:
-- To the woman in “Interior at Nice” painted by Matisse (1921)
Two black scarecrows under the palm tree
Walking Walking east Why east?
A woman of small stature on the left
A woman immersed in melancholy Brown hair
Two deep red roses on the right
Door the size of a house is open inwardly
Note on the Muse:
Matisse portrayed numerous scenes titled "Interior of Nice." In this
painting, the door looks too big and the woman's body looks too small.
I figure she might be worried about something. Something about her face.
