Ear

Say on TV somebody says

'career' Then I take it as Korea And somebody says

'soul' I think of Seoul all the more

That's my ear

A couple of days ago a Korean Olympic athlete

got silver medal instead of gold I think of him

Then suddenly I am peeved

That's me

Throughout life I couldn't solely put my passion to my

career Instead I put forward things like mind and soul

Now pondering on it I feel I am

totally screwed

TV 같은 데서 누가

'career'라 하면 코리아로 알아듣고 또 누가

'soul'이라 하면 서울 생각이 부쩍 나는

내 귀

금메달을 따지 못하고 엊그제 겨우

은메달을 딴 한국 올림픽 선수를 생각하면

확, 골이 나는

나

평생을 경력에만 정열을 제대로 쏟지 못하고

정신이며 영혼 따위를 들먹이며 살다가

이제와 생각해 보니 완전

신세 조진 기분이다
